PPI is powered by a network of young men and women who serve as Program Directors (PDs). PDs are typically post-collegiate, scholar-athletes with some relevant, professional working experience.
PDs implement and organize school programs, clubs, tournaments, and clinics that bring together children in an inclusive, safe environment to play basketball, learn life skills and learn to live as friends and neighbors. They are trained to use state-of-the-art techniques to develop local staff to be effective youth mentors and leaders in their communities. They are presented with specific management responsibilities and asked to lead challenging projects in-country.
PPI looks for PDs with specific skill sets in international programming, sports management, finance administration and fundraising development
